Ladies and gentlemen, the circus is in town

Defy gravity. Fill every seat.

From the training studio to the big top. One link for all your shows. Venues book you, fans follow you, no algorithm decides who sees it.

Tonight's program

Six acts. One center ring.

Everything a circus and acrobatics career needs, announced one act at a time.

And now, in the center ring

I
Festival Circuit

Track Your Tour

II
Technical Requirements

Rigging & Tech Specs

Ceiling height, rigging points, weight capacity, floor space - share specs venues actually need.

Write your technical rider into your schedule description and it sits at the top of your page, on the same link as your dates, so every booker reads it before they call.

And now, in the center ring

III
Teaching

Fill Your Workshops

Aerial basics, fire safety, acro fundamentals - share your class schedule with students.

Weekly classes repeat themselves with recurring events, and on Pro you can sell multi-class passes your students redeem across the term.

IV
Ensemble

Coordinate Your Troupe

Aerialist, rigger, stage manager - on Enterprise the whole crew edits the same schedule.

A free schedule is one account. Enterprise adds up to five crew members and turns on availability, where each of them marks the days they cannot work.

V
Ticketing

Keep 100% of Sales

Your show, your revenue. Zero platform fees on every plan. QR tickets you scan at the door.

Stripe pays you directly. The free plan covers 25 paid tickets a month per schedule; Pro lifts the cap and adds promo codes for your regulars and waitlists for the sold-out nights.

VI
Booking

Event Planner Kit

One link with your dates, videos, specs, and rates, plus a booking request form. Perfect for corporate bookers and wedding planners.

Keep private quotes as drafts until they are confirmed, so corporate gigs never leak onto your public calendar early.

The three rings

Three rings. One schedule.

Sub-schedules split one calendar into rings. Each ring gets its own link and its own colour, and your schedule link still shows the lot.

I
Ring I

Troupe Shows

Public performances under one banner. The ring most people turn up for.

II
Ring II

Classes & Workshops

Weekly aerial basics and intensives on their own calendar link.

III
Ring III

Corporate & Private

Quotes, galas, and festival buyouts. Hold each one as a draft until the contract is signed.

And now, the ring goes online

A ring the size of one link

Event Schedule does not host the stream. Tick Online, paste the URL people join on, and the date, the running order and the tickets work exactly as they do for a room with a floor.

Any platform you already use

One link field takes any URL, so there is no account to connect and no token to reconnect

Ticket it like any other show

Same ticket types, same zero platform fees, and the join link rides on the ticket. Free registration produces a ticket too

Or run it both ways at once

Tick In person as well and the same date is a hybrid, with the room and the link on one listing

On every route

Frequently asked questions

Everything circus performers ask about Event Schedule.

Is Event Schedule free for circus performers?

Yes, for most of it. Sharing your performance schedule, sub-schedules, two-way calendar sync, an embeddable calendar, free registration with a capacity, the booking request form and appointment booking are all free forever. Selling paid tickets is free up to 25 a month per schedule, and Pro lifts that cap. Newsletters are free up to 10 recipients a month, counted per recipient rather than per send, with 100 on Pro and 1,000 on Enterprise.

Can I manage tour dates and local shows in one schedule?

Yes. List all your performances in one place - touring shows, local gigs, festival appearances, and private events. Use sub-schedules to sort and colour-code by show type or tour leg, each with its own link. Your schedule link still shows everything in one calendar.

How do audiences discover my performances?

Share your schedule link on social media, on your booking page, or embed the calendar on your website. Fans who follow you are giving you permission to email them, and there is no automatic alert: you write the newsletter and choose when it goes out, so followers hear from you when you have something to say.

Can I sell tickets to my shows?

Yes. Connect your Stripe account and sell tickets directly from your schedule. Create as many ticket types as the night needs, each at its own fixed price, with its own inventory per date. Zero platform fees on every plan - you only pay Stripe's standard processing fees. There is no seating chart, so a tier like Ringside is a ticket type rather than a numbered seat.

Can I sell class passes for my aerial or acro classes?

Yes. On the Pro plan you can sell multi-use passes alongside regular tickets - a 10-visit pass, an unlimited membership, a festival pass or a season pass on a recurring class. Passes are redeemable across the events you scope them to, usage is counted for you, and you can set a cancellation deadline for late drops. Zero platform fees apply to passes too.

Can my whole troupe manage one schedule?

On Enterprise, yes. A free schedule is a single account. Enterprise adds team members, up to five on the hosted plans, so your rigger, stage manager, and performers can all update the calendar. Enterprise also turns on availability for talent schedules, where each member marks the days they cannot work and you see it against the calendar.

Ladies and gentlemen, take your bow

The show must go on. Make sure they know where.

Your art deserves an audience. Free forever.
