Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about pricing.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes! The free plan includes unlimited events, all core features, appointment booking with one appointment type, and selling up to 25 paid tickets a month with no platform fee. You only need to upgrade if you want to remove branding, sell more than 25 tickets a month, or access advanced features.
How does the free trial work?
When you sign up for Pro or Enterprise, you get a 7-day free trial. Enter your card to start, and you won't be charged until the trial ends. After that, Pro is $5/month or $50/year, and Enterprise is $15/month or $150/year. You can cancel anytime.
What is the difference between Pro and Enterprise?
The free plan already sells up to 25 paid tickets a month, scans tickets at the door and carries one appointment type. Pro removes both limits and adds the rest of the ticketing suite: the live check-in dashboard, passes and subscriptions, individual tickets, promo/discount codes, add-ons, waitlists and sales CSV export. It also adds white-label branding, event graphics, event boosting with ads, custom fields, custom CSS styling, REST API & webhooks, and 100 newsletter emails per month. Enterprise adds allocated (reserved) seating, custom domains, private and password-protected events, up to five team members, WhatsApp event creation, email scheduling, agenda scanning, availability management, 1,000 newsletter emails per month, and priority support.
What happens when I reach 25 paid tickets in a month?
Paid tickets stop selling for the rest of that calendar month, and everything else keeps working. Free registrations and any zero-price ticket tier carry on without limit, so an event that mixes a free tier with paid ones keeps its buy button. Cash and other offline sales are recorded but never refused, and an event starting within 48 hours is exempt entirely, so the allowance can never stop sales for a show that is about to happen. The count resets on the first of the month, and upgrading to Pro removes it immediately.
What happens if I cancel or downgrade?
You keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing you created is deleted. A seating plan already attached to an event stays attached and keeps selling. Every appointment type you made is kept, though only the oldest bookable one takes new bookings until you upgrade again. Events set to Internal or Unlisted become hidden Drafts rather than becoming public by accident, and your data stays exportable from Backup and Restore at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Do you take a cut of ticket sales?
No. There is no platform fee on any plan, including free. Buyers pay your Stripe account directly, so the only deduction is Stripe's own processing (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction in the US, and Stripe sets that, not us). We never hold your money, so there is nothing for us to take a cut of.
