Private Events

Your events, your rules

Choose exactly who sees each event. Keep it members-only as an Internal event, or share an Unlisted link, with an optional password, with just the people who matter.

Control who sees what

An unlisted event stays off your public schedule and feeds, but anyone with the direct link can open it. Add an optional password when you want an extra layer of protection.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about private events.

How do I make an event private?

When creating or editing an event, choose its visibility. Internal makes it members-only with no password. Unlisted hides it from your public schedule but lets anyone with the direct link, and an optional password, view it.

Can I have both public and private events on the same schedule?

Yes. Visibility is set per event, so you can mix Public, Draft, Internal, and Unlisted events on a single schedule. Public events appear normally, while Internal and Unlisted events stay off your public pages.

Are private events hidden from the public schedule?

Yes. Internal and Unlisted events are both hidden from your public schedule, feeds, and calendar sync. Unlisted events can still be opened with a direct link and optional password, while Internal events are visible only to signed-in members.

Which plan includes private events?

Internal and Unlisted visibility are available on the Enterprise plan. Public and Draft events are free on every plan. You can upgrade at any time from your account settings.
