Give the gift of live events
Sell gift cards your customers buy for someone else and redeem toward tickets for any event on your schedule. Delivered by email, balance-tracked, and yours to manage.
Sell any denomination
Choose the amounts you offer, the currency, and how buyers pay: Stripe, Invoice Ninja, a payment link, or cash.
Delivered to the recipient
Buyers add the recipient's name, email, and a personal message. The card and its code arrive by email, ready to use.
Redeem toward tickets
The recipient enters their code when buying tickets to any event on your schedule. The balance comes off the total right away.
The balance carries over
Spend less than the card holds and the rest waits for next time. Spend more and the customer just pays the difference. One code, reused until it runs out.
Track every card
See balances, statuses, and where each card was spent. Resend, refund, or mark a cash card paid, all from the Gift cards tab.
How it works
From setup to redemption in four steps.
Enable gift cards
In your schedule Edit page, turn on gift cards and set your amounts, currency, validity, and payment method.
A customer buys one
Buyers pick an amount, add the recipient and a message, and pay. You can also buy credit for yourself.
The recipient is emailed
The card and its code arrive by email. Buy by cash and it stays pending until you mark it paid.
Redeem at checkout
The code is entered when buying tickets, and the balance comes off the order. The remainder stays for later.

Frequently asked questions
Common questions about selling gift cards.
What can a gift card be spent on?
A gift card can be redeemed toward tickets for any event on the schedule that sold it, including events you add later. It works when the event is priced in the same currency as the card.
How does the recipient receive the gift card?
The recipient is emailed the gift card with its code and the buyer's personal message. At checkout they enter the code and the balance is deducted from their order right away.
What if the order costs more or less than the balance?
If the order costs less, the remainder stays on the card for next time. If it costs more, the card covers what it can and the customer pays the difference with any normal payment method.
Which plan includes gift cards?
Selling gift cards is a Pro feature. Redeeming a card that has already been bought always works, even on the free plan or if you later turn selling off.
Do gift cards expire?
Only if you choose. Set a validity period and cards expire that many days after purchase, or leave it empty and they never expire. Buyers see any expiry before they pay.
