Referral Program
Earn free months of Event Schedule by sharing your referral link with other event organizers.
Overview
The referral program lets you earn free months of Event Schedule by inviting other event organizers to the platform. When someone signs up using your unique referral link and subscribes to a paid plan, you earn a credit that can be applied to any of your schedules.
Access the referral program from the Referrals page in the main navigation of your admin panel.
How It Works
The referral process has three simple steps:
1. Share Your Link
Get your unique referral link from the Referrals page and share it with fellow event organizers.
2. They Subscribe
When someone signs up using your link and subscribes to a Pro or Enterprise plan, a referral is created with "Subscribed" status.
3. Earn Your Credit
After they stay subscribed for 30 days, the referral becomes "Qualified" and you earn a credit to apply to any of your schedules.
Your Referral Link
Your unique referral link is displayed at the top of the Referrals page. Click the copy button to copy it to your clipboard, then share it via email, social media, or any other channel.
Share your referral link on social media, in event communities, or directly with organizers you know. The more you share, the more credits you can earn.
Referral Dashboard
The dashboard at the top of the Referrals page shows summary cards with your referral statistics:

| Total Referrals | The total number of people who have signed up using your referral link |
| Qualified | Referrals that have stayed subscribed for 30 days and earned you a credit |
| Available Credits | Credits that are ready to be applied to one of your schedules |
Rewards
The credit you earn depends on the plan your referral subscribes to:
Pro Referral
Earn 1 free month of Pro ($5 value) when your referral subscribes to a Pro plan and stays for 30 days.
Enterprise Referral
Earn 1 free month of Enterprise ($15 value) when your referral subscribes to an Enterprise plan and stays for 30 days.
The credit matches the plan your referral subscribes to. A Pro referral earns a Pro credit, and an Enterprise referral earns an Enterprise credit.
Applying Credits
Once a referral is qualified, the credit appears in the Available Credits section on the Referrals page. To apply a credit:
- Go to the Referrals page in your admin panel
- Find the credit you want to apply in the Available Credits section
- Select the schedule you want to apply it to
- Click Apply Credit to add the free month to that schedule
You can apply a credit to any of your schedules, regardless of its current plan. The credit adds one free month of the corresponding plan tier.
Referral Statuses
Each referral progresses through a series of statuses:

|---|---|
| Pending | The referred user has signed up but has not yet subscribed to a paid plan |
| Subscribed | The referred user has subscribed to a Pro or Enterprise plan and the 30-day waiting period has started |
| Qualified | The referred user has stayed subscribed for 30 days and the credit is available to apply |
| Credited | The credit has been applied to one of your schedules |
| Expired | The referred user canceled their subscription before the 30-day qualification period |
Referral History
The referral history table at the bottom of the Referrals page shows all of your referrals and their current status.

| Date | When the referral was created |
